By opting into Uniqstic Health Alerts, you agree to receive text messages from us related to our DNA testing services. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, test result notifications, and customer support alerts.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm your unsubscription. Once this step is done, you will no longer receive text messages from Uniqstic Health via this shortcode.

Rejoining Instructions

To resume receiving messages from Uniqstic Health, simply sign up again as you did the first time, or text START to the same shortcode. Once enrolled, we will begin sending messages to your mobile number again.
